We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE:

For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping fee, such as choosing the wrong product or no longer needing it.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Keep in mind that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and returned items may only be accepted if they meet the above requirements.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product in our warehouse, we will process the refund as a credit card or PayPal refund.


RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Contact our customer service to explain why you want to return the product and provide related videos or photos if necessary.
2. Our customer service will send a prepaid return shipping label (RL) to your email.
3. Print out the RL and attach it to the original package. Return the package to us within 30 days; otherwise, the RL will become invalid.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Paddie will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

 

RETURN and RESHIPPING FEES

The following situations may incur return and reshipping fees:
1. Cancelling the order after the package has been shipped.
2. Modifying the delivery address after the package has been shipped.
3. Your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other issues preventing delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY

1. We offer full refund if we send wrong or damaged products.

2. We offer part refund for products with quality issues.

3. We can't offer a refund if you return the order for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong product or no longer needing it.

4. Orders can be canceled free of charge if the product has yet to be shipped.

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

1. If the product has yet to be shipped, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. If the product has been shipped, we will begin processing the refund after we have received and inspected the returned products, which usually takes 1-3 business days.
2. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

DAMAGES and ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.
