Please read the following warranty guidelines and restrictions carefully before making a purchase:


Our products are backed by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. We guarantee returns and exchanges for failures caused by non-human factors. Please note that the warranty does not cover the following conditions. Paddie's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective items.

 

RESTRICTIONS:

1. The 365-day warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product;

2. Damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product is not covered;

3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by the regular use of the product.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, manufacturers require evidence of a warranty defect. If you discover a product issue, you will need to provide photo or video evidence of the issue.

The defective item, along with the original purchase receipt, must be presented by the original purchaser to the dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will then make arrangements with Paddie for the repair or replacement of the defective item.

Paddie reserves the right to make changes to this warranty policy. However, the policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.
